About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Neurology Marketing Community Lead to spearhead the integrated HCP marketing strategy and customer engagement priorities for its expanding portfolio in the neurology and immunology space. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Neurology Marketing Community, setting and owning the community-level view of customer needs, market dynamics, and engagement opportunities. This role demands a seasoned commercial leader with a strong background in specialty, rare disease, immunology, neurology, biologics, or complex treatment markets, and a proven track record in leading integrated HCP marketing strategies across multiple brands and lifecycle stages. As the Executive Director, you will be at the forefront of shaping the shared Neurology customer and KOL ecosystem strategy, leading an integrated community engagement plan, and driving performance to ensure a consistent HCP experience. The ideal candidate will have approximately 12-15+ years' of relevant experience, including significant HCP marketing leadership, and a demonstrated ability to lead through a complex matrix, influence senior stakeholders, and align cross-functional teams. Team leadership, talent development, and budget stewardship are also key aspects of the role, as is the ability to optimize strategy based on customer feedback, engagement data, and market dynamics. A BA/BS is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and the role is suited to a candidate who is flexible to travel based on business needs.
