Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a valid Minnesota teaching license for Special Education
• Demonstrated experience with students with emotional and behavioral disorders
• Previous work in elementary resource or multi-grade classrooms preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized special education instruction and supportive services aligned with IEP objectives
• Provide resource room support for up to 22 students across multiple elementary grade levels
• Foster inclusive learning and coordinate with general education partners, service providers, and families
• Monitor and document student progress; adapt strategies to maximize academic and social growth
• Commit to a consistent onsite presence throughout the school year
