Housekeeping

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team in Winchester, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards. Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and furniture. Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed. Dispose of trash and maintain waste disposal areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. Basic communication skills in English. This position may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. The work environment is typically indoors but may include outdoor areas depending on the assignment.
