Job Summary
The Inventory Control Supervisor oversees inventory accuracy across all clients and warehouse locations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. This role manages cycle counts, investigates discrepancies, maintains WMS accuracy, and leads inventory improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Partner with Receiving, B2B, DTC, and Production teams.
- Develop and maintain inventory SOPs.
- Prepare inventory reports and support client audits and physical inventories.
- Monitor shrink, damages, and inventory loss.
- Supervise inventory personnel and promote a safety-first culture.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory control experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong WMS and inventory management experience.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain, shipping/receiving, and materials management.
- Forklift certification preferred; fleet management experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Salary
$72,384–$80,000 annually , depending on experience, skills, education, location, and other business factors.
