About the Position

Certified Enameling is seeking an organized, dependable, and tech-forward Shipping, Receiving & Production Support Coordinator.

This position is responsible for receiving customer products, completing accurate cycle counts, documenting incoming materials, preparing orders for production, and coordinating outbound shipments.

Applicants must have previous experience working in a manufacturing, metal finishing, fabrication, coating, painting, or similar production environment. Candidates without related production experience will not be considered.

The right candidate must be flexible and willing to support other operational areas based on daily production needs. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain organized and accurate in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming customer products and materials.
• Perform accurate cycle counts and verify quantities against customer paperwork
  and work orders.
• Record shortages, overages, and discrepancies and communicate them
  immediately.
• Label, organize, and stage customer products for production.
• Confirm that work orders and required documentation are complete before
  releasing materials.
• Coordinate deliveries and transfers between company locations.
• Schedule and confirm shipments with customers, drivers, and carriers.
• Verify part counts, crate contents, and shipping documents.
• Prepare completed orders for customer pickup or delivery.
• Maintain accurate receiving, inventory, shipping, and delivery records.
• Enter order and shipment information into the company's ERP system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and staging area.
• Support production, shipping, receiving, inventory, and other departments as operational needs change.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, metal finishing, fabrication, coating,
  painting, or similar production environment.
• Two or more years of shipping, receiving, inventory, warehouse, or production
  experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong counting, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate shortages, delays, and discrepancies clearly and
  immediately.
• Comfortable using computers, ERP systems, email, and digital records.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and follow-through
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to assist in different operational areas when needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Odoo or a similar ERP system.
• Forklift experience.

You understand that customer products must be counted, identified, documented, and properly staged before entering production. You are also willing to step into other areas and help the team when operational priorities change.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour, based on experience
