This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and delivering reliable service in the field.Technicians are essential in ensuring equipment such as POS systems, alarms, and security devices operate efficiently while maintaining strong safety and service standards.The position is responsible for servicing and installing various electronic equipment to include security point of sale, as well as EV charging stations.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, inspect, repair, and replace electro-mechanical equipmentDiagnose issues and implement effective solutionsService equipment including cash registers, coin changers, alarms, and POS systemsComplete service requests and maintenance tasks in a timely and professional mannerReview work orders, manuals, and technical drawingsUtilize testing devices, hand tools, and power toolsFollow all safety procedures and company protocolsParticipate in a 24/7 on-call rotationTravel overnight 30–40% for installations, repairs, and upgradesMaintain accurate documentation using company systems and mobile tools
