Research Associate/ Sr. Research Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HTS and plate-based screening workflows
- Operate and troubleshoot liquid handling automation systems
- Support sample preparation and data management workflows
- Collaborate across fermentation, analytics, and research teams
- Maintain SOPs, instrumentation, and lab organization
- BS/MS in Biology, Chemistry, Bioengineering, or related field
- Experience with automation or liquid handling platforms
- Background in screening workflows and microbial systems
- Familiarity with LIMS/data systems and basic data analysis
- Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills
