Picker/Packer I 1st Shift And 2nd Shift

Ellisville, MO Schedule: MondayFriday, (as early as 4a for OT) 6:00 AM2:30 PM + Overtime Available; 2:30p-11p (as late at 1a for OT) Monday-Friday OT on Saturday

Looking for a reliable warehouse opportunity with a team-focused environment? We're hiring Picker/Packer I associates to support distribution operations by ensuring quality products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to customers on time.

What You'll Do

• Pick and process customer orders accurately
• Operate warehouse picking equipment
• Use RF scanners and computer systems for inventory transactions
• Receive and stock incoming products
• Maintain quality standards and inventory accuracy
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, walk, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Climb ladders as needed
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required Must live within 50 miles of Ellisville, MO Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Experience

• Previous warehouse experience
• RF scanner and warehouse management system experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
