Marsh is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Alternative Investments, based in Boston with a hybrid office requirement. The role provides strategic legal support on global private markets and SMAs, working with Investments, Operations and Compliance across jurisdictions.
You will oversee external counsel, negotiate complex deals, and ensure compliance with the Investment Advisers Act and other relevant laws. A senior, cross‑functional advisory role with team leadership awaits.
