Position: Production Associate / Pallet Repair Associate
Job Type: Evaluation Hire
Location: Tomah, WI

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Base Pay: $12.50/hour + Production Incentives

Earning Potential: Top performers earn an additional $300-$600 per week through incentive pay.

What You'll Do

• Repair and rebuild damaged wooden pallets
• Replace broken pallet boards using hand and power tools
• Operate pneumatic nail guns and grinders safely and efficiently
• Inspect pallets to ensure quality and durability standards are met
• Maintain production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Keep work areas organized and clean

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to frequently lift 50-70 pounds
• Comfortable with bending, kneeling, standing, and walking throughout the workday
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attendance and dependable work history
• Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, landscaping, or pallet repair experience is helpful but not required
• Self-motivated individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work
