Our multidisciplinary team of board-certified physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff work collaboratively to deliver effective, evidence-based care.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with physicians and clinical staff to develop safe, balanced, and patient-focused pain management treatment plansPerform comprehensive and problem-focused patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinationsWork with physicians to diagnose and order appropriate minimally-invasive procedures to address the root cause of patients’ pain, offering alternatives to debilitating surgery or reliance on medicationsOrder, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory resultsMaintain accurate, timely, and complete electronic health records documenting patient care and treatment outcomesInitiate referrals and consultations when patient needs exceed scope of practice or expertiseEducate and counsel patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and health promotionCounsel patients on medication regimens, potential side effects, and interactions with supplements and over-the-counter medicationsReview patient documentation to evaluate the effectiveness and quality of care providedQualificationsGraduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programCurrent AANP or NCCPA certification (as applicable)Active and unrestricted Georgia license (or eligibility for licensure)Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skillsPassion for patient-centered care and collaborative practiceCompensation & BenefitsPartnerCare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which may include:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Life and disability insurancePaid time off and holidaysAnd moreAbout the Practice:Jaffe Sports Medicine (JSM), founded in 1995, is a medical practice with board-certified physicians in Interventional Pain Management, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Orthopedic Surgery, and a team of licensed Physical Therapists.
