About the role A Clinic Manager oversees the daily operations of the Forefront Therapy clinic, ensuring efficient, compliant, and patient-centered service delivery across clinical and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is an organized, decisive leader who can manage staff, streamline day-to-day operations, and maintain a high standard of patient care and business performance. What you’ll do Operations Management Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation Ensure the clinic opens and closes according to schedule, coordinating staff coverage as needed Monitor clinic budget, expenses, and financial performance in coordination with the Practice Owner Maintain and enforce clinic policies and procedures Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative and support staff Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage across all clinic functions Address performance issues and support disciplinary actions as needed, in coordination with the Practice Owner Foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture Patient Experience and Quality Monitor patient satisfaction and address escalated patient concerns or complaints Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth coordination between administrative and clinical operations Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience Compliance and Risk Management Ensure clinic operations comply with applicable healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and company policy Maintain accurate records related to clinic operations, staffing, and compliance Escalate compliance concerns to appropriate leadership Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable patient privacy and confidentiality requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered Prior experience in healthcare or clinic operations management required Prior supervisory experience required #J-18808-Ljbffr
