Client Advisor

Summary Client Advisor reporting to the Store Manager in San Francisco responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships and delivering exceptional in-store service. The role focuses on meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals and KPIs while maintaining strong product knowledge and representing the brand on the sales floor. Responsibilities Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach, appointments, and consignments. Utilize the company client journey and selling techniques including cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling to maximize transactions. Establish and maintain client profiles and nurture long-term client relationships. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and engage in ongoing training and feedback. Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, visual standards, and light maintenance tasks. Remain mobile on the sales floor and uphold a polished, professional appearance. Requirements 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a luxury environment. Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset. Availability to work closing shifts (minimum three times per week), at least three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, annual inventory, and the holiday season.
