Store Operations & Analytics Specialist
NAPA Auto Parts - Genuine Parts Company
Genuine Parts Company in Atlanta seeks a Store Support Specialist to help store teams manage P&L, drive initiatives, and ensure adherence to policies. The role executes admin and analytical tasks while collaborating across the organization to remove roadblocks and boost store efficiency.
You will monitor operations, train new staff on internal systems, escalate complex issues to IT, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, delivering world-class service to store teams.
