We looking for a dynamic Physical Therapist to join our growing practice. Our Physical Therapists work directly with patients in a one-on-one approach in 45 minute appointment slots to deliver the care and attention each patient deserves. We are a Physical Therapist-owned clinic, and emphasize treating patients in a holistic manner. Requirements: Current state PT license (Compact license accepted) Knowledge of the principles, practices, standards, and techniques of Physical Therapy. Current CPR certification Responsibilities: Reviewing patients’ medical histories Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns Developing individualized treatment plans for patients Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury Recording patients’ progress and modifying the plan of care if needed Educating patients and family members about the recovery process Supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides Abilities Abound is a Physical-Therapist owned, outpatient facility located in Callao, VA.
