What You'll Do Represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face customer interactions in a retail environment. Build relationships with customers while identifying their needs and recommending products and services. Develop a strong understanding of sales strategies, customer acquisition, and business development. Learn how to lead daily operations, support team performance, and drive campaign results. Participate in leadership training focused on coaching, communication, and management development. Work alongside experienced managers to learn recruiting, team development, and performance coaching. Analyze sales results and contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and overall campaign success. Gradually take on additional leadership responsibilities as you advance through the management training program. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
