Job Description Lead our housekeeping operations with excellence, precision, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. You will inspire and develop a high‑performing team while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service throughout the property. Key Responsibilities Provide strong leadership, coaching, and support to a diverse housekeeping team, fostering engagement, accountability, and professional growth. Partner closely with the Director of Rooms to optimize hotel operations and departmental performance. Cultivate a culture of consistency, quality, and exceptional guest service. Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction, team member engagement, and departmental financial performance. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation are maintained in guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices, and meeting/event spaces. Monitor and uphold service and product quality standards while ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitation procedures. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment that reflects the values and service culture of the property. Qualifications Minimum of two years of leadership experience within a housekeeping department at a luxury hotel or resort. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both languages. Proficient in utilizing technology and property management systems to enhance housekeeping operations and efficiency. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and provide clear, concise, and professional direction to team members. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences in a luxury hospitality setting. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
