DescriptionRobert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a growing organization that is looking to add an experienced Field Human Resources Manager to support branch locations across a large, multi-location organization based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role serves as a strategic partner to field leaders, helping strengthen employee relations, performance, and workforce development across approximately 100+ locations. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach to HR leadership and is comfortable traveling regularly to build strong partnerships in the field.Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders at locations, providing guidance on day-to-day people matters and organizational needs.• Advise managers on employee relations concerns, helping resolve workplace issues fairly, consistently, and in alignment with company policy.• Lead performance management efforts by coaching leaders through feedback, corrective action, and employee development conversations.• Support training and development initiatives that strengthen employee capability, leadership effectiveness, and operational consistency.• Oversee onboarding practices to help new hires integrate successfully into the organization and their assigned teams.• Administer core HR processes and systems, including HRIS-related activities and employee record management.• Travel up to 50% to visit field locations, build relationships with management, and assess workforce needs across the business.Requirements• Experience in human resources leadership within a multi-site or field-based environment.• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and the ability to manage sensitive workplace matters.• Demonstrated background in performance management, including manager coaching and issue resolution.• Experience supporting employee training, development, and onboarding programs.• Working knowledge of HR administration, benefits support, and HR information systems.• Ability to partner effectively with operational leaders and influence decisions across distributed teams.• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as needed.• Excellent communication, judgment, and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.Job typePerm
