Phlebotomist

Phlebotomist – Advanced Women’s Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at Advanced Women's – 27877 Clemens Rd., Westlake, Ohio. The work schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other clinical needs. Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Carry out administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Six months or more of experience as a phlebotomist. Preferred Qualifications Six months or more of OBGYN experience. Additional Job Standards Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation required. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test. Pay and Incentives Pay Range: $17.75 – $25.92 per hour. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills, experience, and internal equity. Phlebotomists may be eligible to participate in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
