Senior Marketing Director

Driving market-leading business acquisition growth, the full-time Senior Marketing Director will build and execute integrated multichannel marketing strategies for ICHRA plans, collaborating with sales and agency partners while fostering a consumer-focused digital marketing culture in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and implement 5-year growth-oriented marketing strategies and annual plans across multiple channels Partner with Marketing Operations & Analytics to enhance DRTV capabilities and improve marketing ROI through data-driven decisions Lead day-to-day collaboration with agency partners to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives and budget management Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred 10+ years of marketing experience within a regulated industry, preferably in healthcare Proven track record in organization and talent management, with experience leading change Strong ability to partner with and influence stakeholders in a complex business environment Experience in developing consumer insights and incorporating them into product development
