As CRM, you will establish relationships with customers throughout their car-buying experience. The CRM's mission is to engage with customers, remove obstacles, and meet customer buying expectations. Responsibilities Provide support & guidance to professionals across yourNissanstores. Assist sales during and after vehicle sales delivery. Train and audit the delivery process to make sure it remains consistent Follow up on all sales customers to monitor their satisfaction Resolve any customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner Monitor product training for all sales associates to ensure completeness Data gathered from Medallia on KPI missedopportunities. Develop problem-solving techniques to resolve customer issues. Show composure, resilience, and flexibility as staff needs to evolve and volumechanges. Expand social mediaknowledge. Respond to all social reviews and make surereputation.comis at a 700 score. Requirements Toyota CRM experience is a plus but not required. Previous Sales or Customer Service experience is required.
