What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and throughout the Gilbert community. Your Day May Include Teaching independent living and daily life skills Supporting community outings, hobbies, and recreational activities Assisting with personal care when appropriate Encouraging self-confidence and personal growth Helping individuals work toward their personal goals Building lasting relationships with individuals and their families Completing simple documentation using our mobile app Every person has different strengths, challenges, and goals-making every day meaningful and rewarding.
