Key Responsibilities

• Handle all reporting obligations for Wealth Management and Institutional clients ensuring compliance with IRS regulations
• Maintain cost basis records and provide Gain/Loss reporting for assets held in Wealth Management customer accounts
• Work closely with cross-organizational operations teams and handle related queries
• Reconcile discrepancies between various processing systems
• Ensure accuracy of regulatory reporting such as cost basis and withholding
• Support requirements and testing of strategic platform initiatives
• Work closely with technology to improve efficiency and reduce risk through Alteryx, UI Path, and EUC tools when resolution is not immediately available systemically
• Concurrently manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively to meet tight and enforced operational and annual deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• Bachelors Degree in a Business field
