By collaborating with business leaders, the financial analysts make information accessible and monitors performance against aligned business objectives. Financial analysts utilize strong analytical skills & tools to communicate the business implications of decisions and provide input into the decision making process. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company Business Partner to the organization ensuring that business objectives are measurable, accessible, and aligned with company targets. Review financial performance with variance analysis, understanding of relevant costs, and apply suitable analytical techniques (i.e. time series analysis/correlations) and communicating insights to the business. Build financial models/plans with an understanding of key business drivers. Consistently collaborates with colleagues and management through independent analysis that could support or challenge assumptions based on evidence. Designs presentations with a clear narrative with an understanding of visualization technique (PowerPoint, Excel, Qlik Sense); presents findings comfortably to a small group. Able to explain the interdependencies of functional areas, provide critical assessment of operational initiatives (e.g. identify risks and opportunities). Support business leaders with decisions that multiple potential solutions/outcomes; articulate the consequences/risks of the options with logical reasoning. Proactively seeks feedback from the management, peers and other business partners. Work with data by modifying variables in SQL and writing SQL queries that utilizes multiple tables. Do YOU Meet These Requirements?
