Responsibilities Connect and bolt-up of structural steel Detail work on structural steel, such as installation of bar joist, bridging, decking, and handrail Welding of structural steel (stick welding) and rigging of equipment Ability to understand and follow all safety rules and regulations associated with the industrial steel industry Using required tools to perform daily tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent OSHA 10 Certified, preferred Candidates must have transportation and good communication skills Be willing to work within a 50 mile radius – Ability to travel is a plus Be able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions All EGC employees are required to comply with our Substance Abuse Prevention Policy as a condition of employment.
