Registered Nurse (RN) – PICU Position within the Detroit Medical Center’s Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate nursing care for a team of patients and families through independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with all team members. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and health care providers. Delegate, assess, provide, and evaluate patient care activities. Provide and delegate patient care activities to team members. Monitor patient progress, prepare patients for discharge, and report directly to senior unit management. Participate in shared decision‑making activities. Qualifications Graduation from a school of nursing required. BSN preferred. Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan required.
