Vacation Planning Coordinator

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Vacation Planning Coordinator. This remote position allows you to help clients plan and book their travel while collaborating with a team and reporting to a team lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and book customized travel itineraries.
- Evaluate client preferences and budgets to recommend solutions.
- Book a variety of travel services including flights, hotels, and tours.
- Provide professional support before, during, and after travel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns.
- Attend ongoing training and professional development sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers for optimal service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and device.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
