Job Description
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklift equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role ensures efficient warehouse operations by handling products and materials in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials throughout the warehouse
- Inspect forklifts daily and report any mechanical problems or safety issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies while operating equipment
- Assist with inventory management by accurately counting and reporting stock
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet shipment deadline
