Position Title: Assembler


Wage: $20.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 4:30am - 2:30pm (Monday - Thursday)

Join our team as an Assembly Operator responsible for safely operating machinery and tools while assembling outdoor power equipment. You'll work in a fast-paced, team environment with opportunities to grow and develop your skills. Apply to this opportunity in Brillion, WI!

Assembler Responsibilities:
- Operate machines and tools to meet production standards
- Assemble outdoor power equipment using hand and power tools
- Adhere to standard work procedures to ensure consistent quality
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals
- Load and unload parts onto paint line from bins
- Assist with moving parts from one area to another
- Operate necessary equipment required to perform your role
- Engage in problem-solving to address any production issues
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain clean and safe work environment

Requirements for Assembler:
- Able to stand for 10 hours a day and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to lift up to 35lbs
- Strong hand-eye coordination and able to use hands in a fast-paced assembly process
- A team player with strong communication skills and a desire for personal growth
