Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist Job Description

This position is responsible for managing the flow of incoming and outgoing packages, mail, parts, and supplies. You will be tasked with unloading trucks using a sitdown forklift, and operating a golf cart type vehicle to deliver mail, packages, and supplies throughout the facility. In the inventory area, you will also be responsible for organizing and retrieving parts and supplies as requested by customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing packages, mail, parts, and supplies.
• Unload trucks using a sitdown forklift.
• Deliver mail, packages, and supplies throughout the facility using a golf cart type vehicle.
• Organize and retrieve parts and supplies in the inventory area per customer requests.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production and general labor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain on your feet for 8-10 hours.
• Proficiency in computer skills for order processing and product tracking.
• Commitment to safety protocols.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift operation certification.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting.

Work Environment

The work environment includes two shifts: Shipping and Receiving from 7am to 3:30pm, and Inventory from 6am to 2:30pm. The role requires working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, emphasizing safety and efficiency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Green Bay, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
