As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to advise customers on our amazing skincare products and ensure that they leave Palm Beach Tan feeling confident and beautiful. Join our team-oriented environment that offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and generous commission opportunities.

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience.
Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.

Responsibilities

As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for all things beauty! Your charisma and passion will shine as you:
????️‍♀️ Consult and Inspire: Interact with customers, providing expert advice on our premium skincare products, empowering them to achieve their beauty aspirations.
☀️ Tanning with a Smile: Assist customers with their tanning needs, following state and local guidelines, ensuring they leave with a radiant glow and an even brighter smile.

Qualifications
