Scope We are seeking a US-based Interim Payroll Operations specialist to assist with day-to-day payroll processing across our US offices. This role will provide first-level administrative support, data entry, and payroll processing tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-scope US payroll operations at the very least, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Case Management Payroll Processing New Hire Payroll Setup Benefits Coordination Leave of Absence Urgent Payroll Change Notices Reconciliations Banking Follow-Up Qualifications FPC, CPP or 4-7yrs of equivalent experience preferred. Experience in payroll operations and case management. Familiarity with Workday, EIB processing, and ServiceNow. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Compensation and Benefits Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation.
