Our team is a diverse and nimble group that manages Apple's retail stores, workplaces and workplace services. We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world! We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and highly motivated senior facilities professional to join our team and lead all aspects of the management and operation of Apple's growing region.

Do you have experience in facilities management? We are seeking a high-energy candidate with a demonstrated focus in operating buildings as outstanding workplaces and delivering high quality results at the best value! The Site Manager will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and multiple organizations to provide top management and support of the region's real estate portfolio which includes millions of square feet in Corporate and R&D facilities with significant growth underway. The organizations under this manager include Facilities and Operations & Maintenance, Shipping, Workplace Operations and Management, Building Management, Guest Services & Facilities Web Management.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of building engineering, facility/construction/project management experience with a demonstrated focus in making buildings outstanding workplaces
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with the upkeep and function of buildings, building systems, machinery, landscape, and quality improvement projects
• Deep expertise in developing impactful teams across a large region that can scale with accelerated growth

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $167,500 and $252,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
