- Training program to gain ability to match culture, sales tactics, and expectations
- New business development within the Security Integration Industry
- Strong leadership and resources for success
- Prefer a strong background within the Security industry but open to other industrial sales professionals willing to learn the industry
- Working with Commercial, education, and hospital accounts
- Prefer Richmond and/or surrounding area market knowledge
- Build relationships with new clients and existing accounts
