Job Description
Join the Elite Team as a NICU Registered Nurse!


- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:00 - 06:30)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Within 50 miles radius
- NICU Level III with an average of 190 births per month
- Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
- At least 1 year of specialized NICU experience
- First-timers welcome!
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care to neonates in a fast-paced NICU environment
- Float to Mother-Baby unit for additional experiences, as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Certifications Required:
- BCLS
- NRP (Advanced preferred; willing to obtain before start)
- PALS
- Skills & Expertise:
- Administration of medications, blood products, and therapeutic hypothermia
- Excellent management of central lines and respiratory support
- Proficient in neonatal assessments and emergency procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills to support patient families

- ALL RTO (Request Time Off) must be submitted with application
- Guaranteed hours, facility may cancel 1 shift every 2 weeks
