Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with rotating weekends; no call required. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality respiratory care for our neonatal patients, ensuring optimal respiratory function and overall wellbeing. Responsibilities Administer respiratory treatments and therapies, including nebulization and ventilator management. Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status and adjust treatments as necessary. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families regarding respiratory health and care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RRT certification. ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required. Experience in NICU or pediatric respiratory care preferred.
