HR Coordinator

Scope of Position This detail-oriented and service-driven individual, as part of the Human Resources team, will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations at the plant level to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and positive employee experience. The role provides administrative and operational support across onboarding, employee relations, and HR systems while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to company policies. This position reports to Senior HR Manager. This role is onsite and is based in Fort Worth, Texas. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting efforts including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pre‑employment processing. Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring completion of required documentation including I‑9 verification. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, including status changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Provide administrative support and employee guidance with company-provided benefits, disability programs, wellness programs and related initiatives. Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs. Support employee relations processes, including documentation preparation and tracking corrective actions. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and company policies. Track training records and support safety and compliance documentation as required in a manufacturing environment. Prepare routine HR reports including headcount, attendance, and other workforce metrics. Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Company management. Demonstrate Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, and Transparency in all HR processes and employee interactions. Travel Requirements: Up to 5% travel may be required to support nearby sites or attend training, as applicable. Required Qualifications Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (in absence of degree, may consider relevant work experience). Minimum 1+ years of HR, administrative, or related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications. Must be detail oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Able to work independently and prioritize high volume environment. Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures. Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, including criminal background, employment verification, and required pre‑employment testing as a condition of employment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Familiarity with Workday and/or Ultipro. Experience supporting hourly workforce populations in a manufacturing setting. Knowledge of payroll processes, leave administration, and employee relations documentation. Working Conditions While performing the job duties, you will be working on‑site at a manufacturing facility and will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Fort Worth, Texas location (Monday – Friday). Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager. Physical Requirements Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods. Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office‑related materials. Ability to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks. Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls. Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers. Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
