This is your chance to be the voice and vision behind brands that are as bold and creative as you are.You'll be the engine of our content machine, transforming creative briefs into compelling narratives across digital landscapes. From ideation to execution, you'll have your hands on every part of the content lifecycle, working directly with our strategists and designers to create work that stops the scroll, captures attention, and drives real results. Responsibilities: Develop, write, and produce a high volume of engaging content for various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and client blogs. Brainstorm and pitch fresh, innovative content ideas that align with client brand voices and campaign goals. Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) that is optimized for each platform's best practices and audience. Create captivating copy for social media posts, captions, email newsletters, and website content. Assist in the creation of basic graphic assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Work with the social media manager to schedule and publish content. Engage with our online community by monitoring comments, messages, and fostering conversations to build brand loyalty. Analyze content performance metrics to understand what resonates with the audience and provide insights for future strategy. Required qualifications: A portfolio or examples of your work that showcase your skills in writing and content creation (personal projects count!). Proficiency in shooting and editing video content on a smartphone, with a good eye for composition and storytelling. Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and a genuine enthusiasm for social media trends. A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative spirit and excitement to both give and receive constructive feedback. A constant learner who is curious, creative, and always looking for new ways to solve problems.
