Management Analyst

Duties
Provide assistance on a variety of administrative functions such as personnel administration, human resources, training, travel, and budget functions essential to the efficient operation of the Branch.
Serve as a team lead for the Branch administrative team personnel, responsible for assisting with training team members, and workload management of branch administrative tasks.
Provide support for a variety of administrative/management services essential to the direction and operation of the Branch such as assisting in studies, statistical reports, preparation of personnel actions, and tracking performance evaluations.
Serve as liaison between supervisors, administrative officer, budget, and office staff as well as other organizations within the District.
Assist the Administrative Officer as an action officer on personnel and recruitment actions, budget management, and awards program. Provides follow-up and feedback as well as thorough documentation including regularly updating tracking documents.
