Night Construction Laborer

Overview PM Construction Co., a commercial construction management company headquartered in Saco (ME), is hiring for a Night Construction Laborer in the Rockland area for evening and early mornings working 10-hour shifts. Responsibilities Assist with construction site preparation, including cleaning and clearing debris and digging trenches. Load and unload construction materials. Operate hand and power tools under supervision. Follow instructions from supervisors and more experienced construction workers. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. Willingness to learn and follow instructions and safety guidelines. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. OSHA-10 certification required (will train if not already certified). Forklift certification required (will train if not already certified).
