Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing Location: Lafayette, IN Pay: $24–$34/hour, based on experience Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | Typically 8-hour days between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Assignment Length: Temporary assignment expected to last through early March 2027 About the Opportunity Pro Resources is seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a well-established automotive component manufacturing facility in Lafayette, IN. This person will work directly with customers throughout the day, handling questions, providing order updates, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the day Respond to questions and provide updates regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability Enter, review, and update customer orders in SAP Communicate with production, shipping, logistics, and other internal departments Research and help resolve order or delivery concerns Follow up on open items to ensure customer needs are addressed Maintain accurate customer and order information Provide friendly, professional, and dependable customer service Assist with additional customer service and administrative duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Ability to pass drug screen and paid background check Previous SAP experience preferred Customer service experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred Automotive manufacturing experience is a strong plus Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Comfortable working in a customer-facing role throughout the day Strong verbal and written communication skills Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working with customers and resolving concerns Proficient with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office including Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr Pro Resources Staffing Services
