Help Build the Neighborhood Animal Health Team Nashville Deserves

At GoodNeighbor Animal Hospital, we're building a neighborhood-centered animal hospital designed around a simple belief: when veterinary teams thrive, pets and families receive better care.

As we prepare to open our first Nashville hospital in March 2027, we're seeking a doctor who wants to help shape a culture, build lasting client relationships, practice excellent medicine, and create a hospital that becomes a trusted part of the community.

This opportunity is ideal for veterinarians who believe strong medicine and a great life outside of work should exist together.

Why This Opportunity Is Different

As a founding veterinarian, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Help establish medical protocols and standards

• Influence workflows and hospital operations

• Shape the client experience from day one

• Build a collaborative, positive hospital culture

• Develop long-term relationships with patients and families

• Grow alongside a rapidly expanding organization

Your ideas, voice, and leadership will directly impact the future of the hospital.
