Outbound Verification Specialist- Days

Greenworks Tools is the leader in battery‑powered outdoor power tools for DIY consumers and landscaping professionals, offering a robust lineup of Greenworks‑branded products including 24V, 40V, 60V, 80V, and commercial‑grade 82V battery‑powered cordless outdoor power tools, a full line of corded equipment, and reel mowers. Schedule & Compensation Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Hourly rate: $20.30. Responsibilities Computer Experience: SAP/ERP preferred; Teams and Outlook email proficiency. Verification Process: Review order details. Confirm item number on outbound delivery order (ODO). Product verification / model number. Printing and labeling containers for shipment. Preparing product for shipment. Occasionally loading outbound trucks. Hazmat/IATA training on proper hazardous material handling for global shipping. Communication: Problem resolution. Escalate compliance concerns to supervisor and management. Maintain proper inventory of orders to customers and businesses. Returns: Unload truck by hand and using pallet jacks. Partner with Quality to return product to inventory or process customer refunds. Other Responsibilities: Sweeping. Dispensing trash. Cleaning aisles of debris. Cleaning trailers and containers free of debris. Stacking/unstacking pallets to avoid trip hazards. Required Skills and Experience Basic math skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to read and comprehend SOPs and instructions for stacking pallets correctly. Ability to use a manual or motorized pallet jack. Ability to lift 5‑50 lbs or team lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift. Ability to perform a variety of movements such as squatting, bending, stooping, turning, twisting, and side‑to‑side motion throughout the shift. Knowledge of operating a wrap machine (preferred). Ability to successfully complete and pass all pre‑employment screening and drug tests. Preferred Skills and Experience At least 1 year of experience using various tracking programs (e.g., SAP) and basic office equipment such as copiers, printers, and fax machines.
