Job Title: BCBA / Clinical Director

Location: Mercerville, NJ

Company: Hearten

Program Hours: M-F 3-6pm

Company Description: Hearten LLC supports young adults with developmental disabilities as they transition into adulthood. Founded in 2023, Hearten was created in response to the unique challenges young adults face as they move beyond school and into the next chapter of their lives.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate BCBA / Clinical Director with teen/adult experience to join our team at Hearten. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical quality of our program, mentoring BCBAs, supervising behavior technicians and RBTs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This is a part-time opportunity with the possibility of growing to approximately 20-25 hours per week as our program expands.

Responsibilities:

• Clinical Quality: Ensure the highest level of clinical quality for the entire program including reviewing treatment plans, authorization reports, data and notes to ensure ethical intervention and compliance with payer requirements.

• Caseload: Maintain a small caseload so you’re able to balance clinical and leadership roles.

• Staff Training: Develop and implement staff training procedures to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.

• Clinical Policies: Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Payer Compliance: Ensure compliance with payer requirements and regulations, including authorization and reauthorization of clinical work.

Additional Requirements:

• Part-time, initially 8-10 hours/week , growing with enrollment to approximately 18-20 hours/week . Monthly stipend for unbillable hours once program matures.

• Minimum 3 years of experience, at least 1 year working directly with teens or adults

• Possess an active BCBA certification

• Possess NJ LBA certification

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
