About the Role Charlie Health is hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide in-person therapy services to adolescent and young adult clients. Positions available as part‑time or full‑time W‑2. Provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting. Part‑Time / Full‑Time Details Part‑Time: Minimum 12 hours/week; flexible scheduling Full‑Time: 40 hours/week; evening availability required About You Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus) Experienced with teens and young adults Passionate and skilled in group services Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video Available evenings to meet client needs Committed to self‑care and addressing the rural mental health crisis Qualifications Licensed or pre‑licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome) Master’s degree in mental health or related field Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part‑time or full‑time W‑2 Familiar with cloud‑based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software Equal Opportunity Employer Statement At Charlie Health, we value being an Equal Opportunity Employer.
