Nursing Services Manager

Mercy is seeking a Nursing Services Manager to lead nursing operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role oversees daily clinical workflows, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. The Nursing Services Manager mentors and evaluates nursing staff, supports evidence-based practice, and drives quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, experienced in regulatory compliance and interprofessional collaboration in an acute care setting.
