Essential Skills

• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience handling materials and working in a production or distribution environment.

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift safely in a warehouse setting.

• Material handling experience, including loading, unloading, and moving heavy products.

• Prior experience working with pick sheets or similar documentation to select and prepare orders.

• Ability to lift and move over 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, frequently lifting up to approximately 100 pounds.

• Comfort with frequent standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, and talking or hearing throughout the shift.

• Ability to occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform warehouse tasks.

• Adequate close vision and depth perception to safely operate equipment, read labels, and work with inventory.

• Basic computer skills to check inventory, generate transfers, work orders, and invoices.

• Ability to work safely and follow established policies and procedures in a warehouse environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
