Are you a passionate pediatric nurse who enjoys mentoring others and helping teams succeed At Pediatric Home Service youll have the opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with leadership while making a meaningful impact in the lives of medically fragile children and their families For more than 35 years Pediatric Home Service has helped children thrive at home through exceptional one on one nursing care Were looking for a dedicated RN Supervisor to support our caregivers guide clinical excellence and ensure outstanding care for every client we serve If youre seeking a collaborative family focused culture that values work life balance teamwork and professional growth wed love to meet you THE POSITION Location: Grand Island NETitle: RN Supervisor Schedule: Full Time Shift: Monday - Friday 8a - 5p License Requirements: Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in good standing with applicable state board of nursing Responsibilities Providing clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff Coordinating and overseeing individualized client care plans Delivering education, training and mentorship to caregivers Supporting clients and families through consultation and care coordination Promoting quality outcomes and regulatory compliance Partnering with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care Encouraging caregiver success and professional development in the home care setting Mandatory Mandation Must be licensed in good standing with the Nebraska State Board of Nursing (must be present) EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS Active Registered Nurse RN license in good standing with the Nebraska State Board of Nursing Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Preferred: Two or more years of nursing experience Pediatric nursing experience Home health or home care experience Previous supervisory or leadership experience THE COMPANY At Pediatric Home Service we believe our employees are the heart of everything we do.
