Lead Teacher

Job Overview Child Prodigy, a licensed childcare center located in Lee’s Summit, is seeking full‑time Lead Teachers for our Infant and Toddler classrooms. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass all background checks.
• Previous childcare experience preferred.

Shift & Compensation

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm.
• Compensation: $16–17 per hour, based on education and experience.

Demonstrate patience, kindness, and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff. Operate as a team player and assist where needed under the direction of the lead teacher. Maintain physical ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs. Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
