Location : Onsite - Hale Groves, Vero Beach, FL

Salary Range: $15.00 (USD) Hourly

These positions offer several opportunities within our organization, catering to both those looking to gain experience and those aiming to bolster their holiday funds. Discover your potential in roles such as:

• Call Center Agent : Embark on a customer-centric journey by addressing customer questions and concerns about our products and services over the phone. Sharpen your skills in handling inbound calls, placing customer orders, and updating account information accurately and efficiently.
• E-services Agent : Become a customer service champion through various e-Service channels such as calls, chats, and emails. Assist customers with inquiries, process orders, and verify customer information while following established procedures.

Seasonal positions are offered within the following core shifts:

• Daytime: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Midday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Weekend: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

At least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required during the season.

Part-time shifts are available but limited. Available part-time options include 5-hour daytime shifts and 3-hour evening shifts.

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills and typing/keyboard proficiency required.
• Willingness to learn new systems
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal—good Pronunciation
• Strong active listening skills
• Positive attitude and a welcoming, friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
• Adaptability to varying shifts and tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Empathy and patience
• Ability to reliably commute to our Vero Beach, FL location for all scheduled on-site shifts

Pay and Duration : Pay rates start at $15.00/hr. These positions are an excellent opportunity to gain valuable skills and kickstart your career. The roles will begin now through October and continue through the holiday season, with potential for extension based on performance, business needs, and your availability.
